Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained from varieties Madural, Cobrançosa e Verdeal, with aromas of fresh olives, herbaceous notes and dried fruits, giving a taste on the palate slightly sweet, bitter and a persistent spicy.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained from varieties Madural, Cobrançosa e Verdeal, with fruited soft green scent, banana peel, kiwi peel, green dried fruits. On the palate, dominates the sweet, spicy, but not persistent, and soft bitter.
Extra virgin olive oil, obtained from varieties Madural, Cobrançosa e Verdeal, with mostly green notes, which refer to scents of fresh herb, apple, raw tomato and dried fruit, especially green walnut. In the mouth with a slight sweet entry, mixture of sensations to green notes. The initial sweet entry is lost quickly to dominate the bitter and spicy.
Extra virgin olive oil, obtained from varieties Madural, Cobrançosa e Verdeal, with herbaceous notes to fresh herb, rosemary/lavender and green almonds. In the mouth, it presents a sweet entry followed by a light bitter and an interesting and persistent late spice.
